Anthraquinon v\u00e0 c\u00e1c d\u1eabn xu\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c coi l\u00e0 nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n ch\u00ednh g\u00e2y ra \u0111\u1ed9c t\u00ednh. Trong Polygonum multiflorum, h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng anthraquinon c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ea1t t\u1edbi 2,51% [12]. Yang v\u00e0 c\u1ed9ng s\u1ef1 ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n r\u1eb1ng anthraquinon th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n \u0111\u1ed9c t\u00ednh nghi\u00eam tr\u1ecdng \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi ph\u00f4i c\u00e1 ng\u1ef1a v\u1eb1n, trong khi c\u00e1c h\u1ee3p ch\u1ea5t kh\u00e1c nh\u01b0 stilben glycosid kh\u00f4ng cho th\u1ea5y \u0111\u1ed9c t\u00ednh r\u00f5 r\u1ec7t [11]. Nh\u00f3m nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u c\u1ee7a Wang \u0111\u00e3 ch\u1ee9ng minh \u0111\u1ed9c t\u00ednh c\u1ea5p t\u00ednh do \u00e1nh s\u00e1ng c\u1ea3m \u1ee9ng c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c d\u1eabn xu\u1ea5t anthraquinon \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi Daphnia magna [14].
